Maycol Cuautle is a creative currently residing in the heart of New York’s Hudson Valley, in the [not-so] quaint City of Beacon. Having studied in Poughkeepsie N.Y.'s Dutchess Community College, he works in a variety of mediums, from physical to digital. Putting emphasis on an inclusion of movement throughout his pieces, he guides the viewer’s eyes to explore his vision, where he enacts meticulous attention to detail. Maycol’s art has been featured for multiple semesters of the Dutchess Community College Student Show throughout 2022-2024, and his design work has been featured on various print media throughout Restaurants and Organizations throughout the Hudson Valley. Maycol has also worked closely with the Dutchess Community College Athletics Department, helping with the College's Sports Media Profiles.
With A Strong Focus On Movement and Contrasting Visual Aesthetics, I aim to bring the viewer on a visual journey amidst an ever-growing digital world. My work has always been quirky and fun; to be used as an escape from the outside world and into my own little universe of imagination. Lately, however, I’ve taken these personal joys into my professional design work, creating and maintaining visual identities for various entities, conceptual or real. Whatever I create is funneled through the lens of an ever-reaching philosophy that the world is my canvas.
